Plus Granite and Marble Adhesive

Plus Granite and Marble Adhesive is a cement-based, super-elastic adhesive mortar with high stability, easy to prepare and apply, used for horizontal bonding of ceramics, granite, and marble.

AREAS OF USE: Used indoors and outdoors, on factory floors, terraces, and in decorative coating and terrazzo applications.

APPLICATION: The application surface should be prepared by checking that it is sound, clean, and level. If the surface temperature is above +25°C, the surface should be wetted. 25 kg of Granite Adhesive is mixed with 6 liters of water in a container using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without lumps. After resting for approximately 5 minutes, this mixture is mixed again and made ready for use. After applying the prepared mortar to the surface with a trowel, ceramics and granite are laid using a rubber mallet.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
– The surface to be applied should be free of dust, paint, dirt, etc., which prevent adhesion.
– Excessive plaster on the surface must be cleaned, and holes and cracks must be repaired.
– The surface must be moistened before application.
– The prepared mixture must be used within 180 minutes.
– Since it is a cement-based material, hand protection is necessary. Gloves should be used.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE: Shelf life is 10 months in 25 kg kraft bags in a dry, cool environment.
