Asvil Exposed Concrete Primer

DESCRIPTION
• Acrylic emulsion-based primer for raw concrete surfaces, ceilings, and walls, increasing the adhesion, working time, and workability of cement-based and gypsum-based liquid mortars to the surface.

FEATURES
• For interior and exterior use, on vertical surfaces and ceilings, it increases the adhesion of cement and especially gypsum-based liquid mortars to raw concrete surfaces. It is an easy-to-apply primer that prevents water loss, increases working time, and improves workability.

APPLICATION AREA:
• Applied to concrete walls, ceilings, and other surfaces before applying gypsum and cement-based plasters.

APPLICATION & SURFACE PREPARATION
• Before application, any oil, grease, rust, and paraffin residues that would weaken the surface must be removed, and there should be no loose particles on the surface.

PRIMING
• Dilute with 20-40% water according to the desired consistency, mix for 3-5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free mixture, then apply a single coat to the pre-prepared surface using an exterior roller. The product should be stirred at regular intervals during application.

COVERAGE AREA
• Depending on the surface, 1 kg of product primes 4-7 m2 in a single coat.
